Looking for a room to rent

The people living in my home will be just me. I would prefer a studio at least so I have my own space.

I do not have a guarantor but I can get a reference from my old landlord, been living with ex partner and family since 2023.

I am currently enrolled in a computer science degree while on disability to gain employment in the near future.

My income consists of my universal 1450 plus my disability 700 per month. I can get universal to cover rent.
I prefer as long tenancy as I can get so 6months at the least but prefer 1 year at least. I'm looking for my forever home.

I rented from ex partners family since 2023, I rented in essex from 2022 until November 2023 was living with family before that.

Me and my ex partner have broken up due to domestic abuse, That is my reason for moving.

I know I don't have much but I have always made sure rent is paid on time I paid the rent which was 725 a month I have the bank statements to prove it. I have done ever since November 2023 then our previous property in essex which was 800 pcm
