Seeking room Chichester or nr Hove. No pets

Hi, I've moved back south, currently staying with a friend in Chichester. Looking for a room ideally in or close to Hove (Shoreham-by-Sea, Portslade..) or Chichester - no pets or smokers please :) Female housemates preferred, no more than 3 in a house. I'm sociable, considerate of others' privacy, looking for a calm home. I've been working in Events/ Exec Assistant in big tech. Currently not working but actively applying and initially will probably be working from home. I have funds to cover rent for a year. I spend time outdoors, in and out at various times during the day through the week. Appreciate others may work from home and respectful of that. Into latin/jazz, flamenco, yoga, walking, cycling seeing friends, creative projects and travel when possible.
