Seeking quiet room by the sea for July/August

I'm moving back south from London, have most of my things in storage/at a friends in Chichester but I want to be by the seaside for summer : ) somewhere between Southsea and Brighton ideally (I know, i'll be lucky!) Female housemates only please and no pets. I'm easygoing, social but considerate of others' privacy, looking for a calm home for this period. I've been working in Events/ Exec Assistant in big tech. Currently not working, financially viable - will be spending time outdoors but at home for lunch and in and out at various times during the day through the week, happy to chill in my room on those days so as not to disturb others who are working from home.
Into jazz, flamenco, yoga, seeing friends, creative projects and travel when possible.
