Seeking Beer Garden Enthusiasts (and housemates)

Hey, I'm Sam!

I trying to find some awesome people to share a house with, and if the house is nice that’s a bonus. The house vibe is key, chill but fun is what I'm after. I'm thinking movie nights, trips to the pub, the occasional weekend adventure but equally keeping the house nice and respecting personal space when social batteries are low.

Why you'd want to live with me:

🍽️ I've been living in share houses (Cambridge, Bath, London, Melbourne) for the last 9 years so I am suitably house trained. I've been told I'm an excellent dish washer.

🍻 Can't say no to a pint and I get very generous after that initial pint.

😎 I'm pretty easy going, if you want to have people over, go for it. If you want to lock yourself in your room and binge 17 seasons of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, I won't bug you. (provided there are still signs of life)

🤺I'm always keen to try new things. Need someone to go along with you to your first salsa lesson, I'm there. New restaurant you want to try out, count me in.

The boring stuff…

🏡 Been living in London for just over a year (in Shoreditch), I'm looking for somewhere long term, 1 yr minimum. Ideally I would like to stay east.

⏰ The contract on my current flat runs out on the 5th July, ideally I'd like to move a couple weeks before that but I am flexible.

🧑‍💻 I'm working as a mechanical engineer for a carbon capture start-up based in Bermondsey. I work from the office 5 days a week, 9am-7pm. So you'll mostly get the house to yourself during the week.
