Looking for buddy up around city centre

Hi, my name's Kai, I'm a pharmacist working office hours mostly. I am looking for a buddy up for a two bedroom flat/house share. I am looking to move in September.

I am fairly clean and tidy and keep my life to myself. But I am always up for a chat and expand my social life. I tend to spend my weekend with activities and friends. I have quite a few hobbies outside of work and always up to try more. One of my aim this year is to try kickboxing/taekwando!

I am looking for mostly someone with good vibes, friendly and chill to share a flat with. Ideally someone around my age with similar interests or lifestyle. It's always nice to meet up first to see how we feel :)!
