We have a nice double room in a quiet house (AB15). Preference is for someone without a car. Full access to the kitchen, utensils, washing machine, dryer, microwave etc and living room. Bathroom / Shower room upstairs and downstairs. We can also supply bedding and towels if required. There is good WiFi (900/900Mb Fibre) internet and Smart HD TV in the bedroom. The house is always kept clean and warm along with plenty of hot water and a good powerful shower. We would be looking for £100pw for Monday - Friday. Negotiations are available for lesser days / weeks. We are also flexible should a Sunday night stay should this be required.
You MUST be a 100% non smoker / non vape person.
