We have a nice double room in a quiet house (AB15). There is off street parking, space in the garage for a bicycle, full access to the kitchen, utensils, washing machine, dryer, microwave etc and living room. Bathroom / Shower room upstairs and downstairs. We can also supply bedding and towels if required. There is good wifi (500/500Mb Fibre) internet and Smart HD TV in the bedroom. The house is always kept clean and warm along with plenty of hot water and a good powerful shower. We would be looking for £80pw / £300pm for Monday - Friday.
You MUST be a non smoker / non vape person.
