Hey there, we’ve got a double room available in our large end-terrace house. The place has all the essentials, double glazing, gas central heating, and a garage that’s handy for extra storage. The house is HMO licensed, and if you’ve got a car, there’s private off-street parking.

There’s plenty of outdoor space too, with a big private front garden and a shared back garden with the neighbour next door.

The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute walk from RGU and only a short bus ride into the city centre. Rent is £500 a month and that covers everything, gas and electric, council tax, and internet, so you don’t need to worry about extra bills.

You’d be sharing with two professionals who are laid back, clean, and respectful of each other’s space. We like to keep the house tidy and relaxed, and we get along well without being in each other’s pockets. We’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy, and fits well with the house, whether you’re a student or working.
