We have a nice double room in a quiet house (AB15 7QA). There is off street parking, full access to the kitchen, utensils, washing machine, dryer, microwave, freezer etc and living room. Bathroom / Shower room upstairs and downstairs. We can also supply bedding and towels if required. There is good wifi (500/500Mb Fibre) internet and TV in the bedroom. The house is always kept clean and warm along with plenty of hot water along with a good powerful shower.

The house is 100% no smoking / vaporing. The room is available from 12th Nov 2023 and would suit someone looking for Monday - Friday accommodation with the occasional weekend stay should this be required. There would be no problem arriving on a Sunday evening to ensure a fresh Monday start. We are flexible about the nights stayed but do not want a fulltime 7 days a week lodger. We will also consider lesser nights such as 2 nights per week on an adjusted per month rate, should this be required.

Rent includes all bills and would be £360pm or £90pw for a Monday to Friday stay. We would also consider 7 days for the right person at £450pm.
