Huge double room, on the beach in Footdee

Hello I am looking for a flatmate to share my home in Footdee (pronounced Fittie) from 5th May onwards.

Fittie is located south of the beach.
I am an artist and this tiny village used to be an old fishing village which is now a creative community.
The house is located next to the harbour side and is on the beach front with a sea view.
It’s really anazing here and I need to find the right flatmate/s.
I like people who are fairly laid back and open minded, fun, tidy, healthy and into their fitness preferably. A creative or musical person would be ideal, but not essential.
This house is tall like a lighthouse, the rooms are on separate floors and are quite solid so sound proof. The living-room has a real fire place on the ground floor, so cosy in winter.
The living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared areas.
The bedroom available is huge and fully furnished.
There are radiators so adequate central heating, which heats up fast and this place retains the heat which is good.

The rent through summer is £400 inc bills + deposit. .
The bills include gas electric and internet, Netflix, Disney & freeview. Tv is situated downstairs.
The energy bills are lower in summer, but during winter the energy bills can be up to £130 each (this year was only 2 months at this, as new windows we're recently installed)
Rent might increase slightly due to this difference.
(This works out that it is only for around 2-3 months)

I am now sole tennant for this property, so the final decision will be mine after I receive your references & ID.
I am a good flatmate and you can also chat to my current flatmate if you feel you need to.

For couples the rent will work out slightly higher to be fare.
