Room to rent - Old Aberdeen

Room to rent in 3 bedroom spacious flat in Aberdeen. It's about a 5 minute walk from Aberdeen University and behind the Kitty Brewster retail park. This will be a shared flat in which I currently live in. Non smoking flat but the balcony can be used for this. I do have a dog (lab) and other pets are welcome. Cost includes rent payment and all bills.

If you are looking for a short term stay i. e Mon-Fri, or on a week by week basis that can also be agreed and prices will change accordingly.

The room has the basic furniture of a small double divan bed with storage drawers, bedside table and also a wardrobe. Currently pending are chest of drawers/bedding and curtains which will also be included. If you have extra furniture you want to bring that's not a problem, just let me know but the current stuff that is already in the room will need to stay. Pictures will be updated in the next few days with the other rooms of the flat.

Viewings available from 6th March. Weekdays after 5pm as I work fulltime and weekends will be more flexible.
