The available rooms are in an HMO licenced semi detached house close to the University, it has 4 bedrooms with shared kitchen / diner and bathroom.
It has a gas central heating boiler and broadband wifi. Kitchen fully equipped with washing machine and usual appliances.

Currently ideal for a male student but flexible. Room 1 is on the ground floor, same floor as kitchen and bathroom.

It is a quiet house with responsible existing tenants. We usually have a mix of British and foreign students.
Note some furnishings may have changed since taking photos.

The garden is maintained by the landlord and with parking on street, currently parking permits are not required.

Due to energy price instability utilities/internet are additional and paid on actual shared bills for the previous month.
This ranges from 40-80 /month /per person depending on the season. Landlord handles all bills.

The house is well maintained and landlords are always on hand to deal with any issues quickly.
