As you can see from the pictures, the flat is new and tidy and it's only a few minutes walk from the nearest bus stop or 5 minutes walk to Aberdeen Uni and very close to the Aberdeen Sport Village, so perfect for a student from either Aberdeen Uni or Rgu.
