I am looking for a replacement tenant for my student accommodation at Powis Place, Aberdeen, for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The room is a standard ensuite room in a five-person flat, Flat 59 / POW-4-59A. The tenancy runs from 29 August 2026 to 3 July 2027, and the rent is £150 per week. The room has a private ensuite bathroom, which is clean, in good condition, and has no known damage. The room and facilities are well maintained and suitable for a full-time student looking for accommodation for the next academic year.
The flat has shared kitchen facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, including an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and other basic facilities. The shared areas are convenient and suitable for everyday student living.
Powis Place is in a very convenient location for students. It is around a 15-minute walk to the University of Aberdeen. There are also several supermarkets and shops nearby: Matthew’s Foods Aberdeen is around a 2-minute walk away, Lidl is around a 5-minute walk away, and Morrisons is within about a 10-minute walk.
Current housemates will be other students living in the same flat/building.
Council tax: full-time students are usually exempt from council tax, but tenants should confirm their own eligibility with the accommodation provider and Aberdeen City Council.
This is a replacement tenant arrangement, so the booking and contract would need to be handled directly through the accommodation provider.
