Double bedroom in pet friendly home

Hoping to find a flatmate who is OK with living with me and my 4yr old border collie/cocker spaniel mix, he's high energy and very affectionate so will need someone who is use to living with a dog as he will want to say hi to you everyday😅

The room is a furnished double room with plenty of drawer space. Despite being on the basement floor, the room is the brightest in the flat when it's a sunny day. Rent is £325 and bills(octopus energy) will be around £40 per person but can vary! Especially in winter. The living room, kitchen, bathroom are all shared and are quite spacious. And there's a back garden!

A little about me: I am currently unemployed so I will be home a lot. I enjoy my own space as I'm quite a quiet person, but also enjoy hanging out with friends and also meeting new people! I love nature, swimming, hiking, gaming, gigs, animals and fashion.
I also create and commission art, and play piano sometimes.
