The room is for single occupancy only and comes furnished with the furniture shown in the photos, including the bed, desk, chair, wardrobe/storage, mirror and shelving. Personal items shown in the photos, such as laptops, toiletries, colognes and other belongings, will be removed before move-in.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with power shower, washing machine, oven/hob, broadband, and plenty of storage space. The flat is fully furnished, but the current tenant’s TV will not be included.

The total cost is £400 per person per month, inclusive of rent, electricity, gas, broadband and water. Electricity and gas are handled through Octopus Energy, and broadband is handled through Vodafone. Council tax is exempt as this is a student household.

The deposit contribution is £320, which is half of the full £640 deposit already held for the flat.

Parking is included as part of the tenancy and is not paid separately.
