I work full time so will not be in the flat during the day and will need peace and quiet at night.

I am neat, organized and structured in my living space and would be looking for someone who can fit into that lifestyle.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the flat.

Drinking is permitted but party animals should look elsewhere. Late night gatherings are only permitted as long as noise is kept to a minimum.
