Trinity Court - Premium 4 Bed near UoA

I need help getting out of my tenancy! In order to get out of it I need to find a replacement - I would be willing to pay the first month of rent. The flat is located in Mezzino's Trinity Court. It contains a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher included in the price; bills are also icluded in the flat price. It is part of a 4 bedroom flat and currently has 2 occupants. I would preferably need a female student to take over the tenancy. It is 44 weeks long and ends on 10/07/2027. I have stayed in this property before and it provides many services; it is very close (0.5 miles) to University of Aberdeen's campus and has several shops and bus stops nearby. The bedroom size is 11.2m². Unfortunately I cannot provide many photos as I currently do not have access to the property. The room is furnished and comes with a desk and chair, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, storage space, and a double bed. Rent is £130 per week and is paid monthly.
