Two rooms available in a shared flat on Erskine Street, Kittybrewster.

The property is arranged over two levels. I occupy a separate bedroom and bathroom on the basement level, while the available rooms are located on the ground floor alongside a shared kitchen and bathroom.

Available rooms:

* Double room – £450 per month if occupied on its own. If both available rooms become occupied, the rent for the double room would reduce to £325 per month.
* Small room – £250 per month

Located within walking distance from Aberdeen University, Berryden Retail Park and Aberdeen city centre.

The upstairs bathroom is for the use of the upstairs occupants. If only one room is occupied, that person would effectively have sole use of the bathroom. If both rooms are occupied, the bathroom would be shared between those tenants.

I also have cats. They stay within my basement area and the back garden and do not have access to the upstairs rooms.

Rooms are available from 28 June.

I’m quite introverted and tend to keep to myself when at home, as I’m usually out working. I’m always friendly and respectful, but this isn’t a particularly social house and would suit someone who values their own space as well.
