I have a room available in an all-male student flat at 131d George Street, Aberdeen, AB25 1HU. I am currently in the process of moving out of the city and I am looking for someone to take on my prospective lease which begins on September 1st, 2026. The room is located in a fantastic central location, just a 10 minute walk from Union Square, and is great value for money at only £350 month (£400 including bills and full utilities.) The flat will be occupied by three other University of Aberdeen students who I can all vouch for personally. After two years study, I am dropping out due to health reasons but I can't speak highly enough of the guys. The council tax band of the property is standard (Band D). Whilst there isn't on-street parking directly adjacent to the property, there is sheltered space at the rear of the flat for a vehicle. The flat comes fully furnished and incudes 4 spacious, well-lit bedrooms, a washing machine, shower and bathtub and refurbished kitchen.
