I’ve a lovely double bedroom to rent in a nice 3 bed home.
Clean, modern and in a great location.
Would suit a professional or mature student.
Female preferred. Short term lets considered.

Close to RGU, David Lloyd gym, Asda and Sainsbury’s, and on bus route to city centre (10-15 mins)

All bills are included.
City fibre broadband.
Shared living room/dining room, kitchen , utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer) snug tv room, garden, patio, summerhouse and parking.
I have a friendly cat called Lulu that also lives with me. And is human friendly!

I would prefer a female housemate Mon-Fri who is clean, tidy and considerate.
No smokers please.
