1 minute walk to Union Street with most bus links.
15 min walk to the train station.
10 min drive to Aberdeen Uni.
10 min drive to ARI.
In a nice part of town with bakeries and cafes within a minutes walk. It's also set back from the road so there's very little traffic noises.

The flat has:
All basic appliances - oven, microwave, washing machine etc.
TV - Now TV channels, Netflix, Prime, Disney+, dvd player.

Are clean and tidy,
Don't smoke,
Are not a party animal,

Can pay rent on time.
