Hi, I have a room available to rent in my flat just off King Street. I'm going into second year at University of Aberdeen and will be living in the flat while renting out the 2 spare rooms to other students.
The flat is about a 20 minute walk from the uni (or 6 mins on the bus), and 5 minute walk from Archibald Simpsons Weatherspoons and the beach.
It is a modern, cozy double room with lots of storage space.
The room is ready and I'm flexible with dates so if anyone is just needing a room for a couple of months I can do that aswell as long term.
