Double bedroom to rent in shared upstairs flat. Access to garden. Walking distance to Aberdeen Hospital Campus and Aberdeen University.
We are both Christian and attend local churches. We would prefer to live with someone who also shares our values and attends a church.
Female preferred as other housemates are also female.
We both have busy work schedules but when we can we often cook and eat together and you would be welcome to join us with this.
Shared bathroom with shower over bath.
Access to fully equipped kitchen with your own kitchen cupboard.
Council tax (Band D) and bills are included in rent.
