I am more than happy to lend a hand when needed, while also respecting people's privacy and independence. I'm looking for a lodger who is clean, considerate and happy to help keep the shared spaces tidy.

The room is fully furnished and includes a comfortable bed with storage, a desk and the usual amenities. You'll also have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and living area, with fast Wi-Fi and all bills included.

Rent is £500 per calendar month (all bills included). No deposit is required, just be respectful and help keep my flat in a good condition.

This is a relaxed home rather than a party flat, making it ideal for someone looking for a peaceful place to live.
