There are three bedrooms available in a four-bedroom house near the University of Aberdeen, all double bedrooms. There’s a kitchen, living room, bathroom and WC to be shared by the four tenants, as well as a garden. You’d be sharing with a young man who is moving to Aberdeen to work for a Christian organisation. The house is owned by a couple who do not live in Aberdeen, but their daughter lives in Aberdeen, and the tenancy will be managed by an agent. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen equipped with the basics, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Bills and council tax are in addition to the rent which would be divided however many tenants there are. Please make contact to ask for estimates of bills, and it's a band E for council tax purposes. Please note that is available from 15 September 2026 to 30 June 2027.
