Hi!

I'm looking for a preferably female flatmate for my flatmate as I need to move out. Ideally to move in between 8.-15. September.

The 2-bedroom flat is a really beautiful, newly renovated, bright, on the top (third) floor on Gerrard Street.

The bedroom is a good size, furnished with a double bed, a tall wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It has a large window with blackout blinds.

The living room is really nice, spacious, the windows let in lot of natural light. The sofa is large and comfy and there's a dining table and a possibility to put up a working desk or extra storage unit.

The kitchen is large and modern with a ton of storage space. It's equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, fridge, oven, a washer/dryer, and I also got a microwave and a coffee machine that you're welcome to use.

The bathroom has a bathtub shower, toilet, electric towel drying rack and plenty of storage.

In the hallway, there is a little entry room, two smaller storage cupboards for shoes, jackets etc., and there is a large storage room with space for anything you can ever need 😁

The building is quiet and you don't hear neighbours. We found everyone in the building to be friendly and unproblematic.
The flat is in a perfect location to access anything in Aberdeen. It's almost right next to Lidl, Morrisons, small Sainsbury's and a bakery. It's very close to King Street, only 10 minute walk to the Marishal square, and 20 min to the Aberdeen Uni campus. There are plenty bus stops nearby and street parking available.

Bills for one person: rent 400£, council tax A, 12.5£ internet and electricity varies. Everything together for one person tends to be around 600£, around 550£ in summer. The flat is rented from Winchester Lettings and they handle any problems or repairs.

We like to keep the flat nice and tidy, non-smokers, don't party but you can have friends over 😊 (The gerbil cage is my flatmate's and won't be staying and most of the plants are mine)
