Scenic and safe surroundings with police station, community library, and local shops nearby. Convenient place to live as a student or a working person. Neighbours are great people and willing to help eachother out if needed.
Flat is top floor (2nd story) and has a communal stairwell in the building, and a lovely back garden. Inside the flat there is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and utility room, along with 3 bedrooms, all lockable.
Currently housing two young adults. Both very friendly and easygoing. One of who is a live-in landlord (and is the one typing this) meaning any/all of your housing concerns can be adressed in person and will actually be taken seriously.
(Our third roommate is moving out on the 13th of September, the room advertised is the one she is moving out of)
The flat also currently has an older pet rabbit who stays in the living room, and no new pets are currently planned.
