Looking for Flatmate for a female student!

Female students preferred as other flatmate is a female. This is a halal household so a Muslim roommate is preferred.

I have a 37 Morrison drive is a recently refurbished ground floor flat with close amenities nearby such as a small shop and pharmacy. The flat has a shared sitting room and kitchen and bathroom which is all newly refurbished. The flat has a garden that is shared with other residents of the building as well as a washing line for putting up clothes in the summer.

The bedroom is a double sized room which is furnished with a single bed side table and desk as well as a decently sized wardrobe to fit your clothes into.

Morrison Drive is a quiet leafy suburban area which has other students in the area in which you can make friends with.

The flat is a ten minute walk away from Robert Gordon University as well as a three minute walk away from two bus stops which take you to Aberdeen City Centre.

The rent is £350 a month (bills not included) for a seven month period.
