We currently have a spare room in our 3 bedroom semi-detached house. The house has 2 bathrooms drive way parking Monday-Friday. Free on street parking that is suitable for larger vehicles as well.
We’re 20 seconds away from the dual carriageway just off Stonehaven road in kincorth so great for commuting to/from Aberdeen.
There’s local shops within walking distance, a hairdressers, pharmacy and a sandwich shop as well.
Garthdee retail park is a 3 minute drive.
If you don’t drive the bus stop is literally 20 seconds away with frequent services to city centre.
Gas central heating with a hive thermostat.
We also have a nice backgarden.
You must be okay with pets as we have a rescue spaniel who we adore. He loves everyone and is super chill!
There’s only 2 people staying in the house Monday to Friday as I study medicine down in Dundee and only come up for the weekends.
