Double Room in Ferryhill Area

Hi, I’m moving into a really nice furnished 2-bedroom flat in Ferryhill from 1 December and I’ll have the second double bedroom available.

I’m a full-time professional working in oil & gas in Aberdeen. I’m pretty easy-going, clean and sociable, but I also like having a relaxed home, so I’m mainly looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy to share with.

The flat is spacious and really well presented, with a large living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom with separate shower, laundry area and private gated parking.

I work a mix of office and home working and I’m also away offshore and travelling from time to time.

I’ve worked out that it should come to around £550–£600 per month all in, including rent, council tax, gas/electricity and broadband.

Ideally looking for another working professional, but I’m pretty open as long as we get on well and have a similar idea of what makes a nice home.

Someone who only needs to stay a few nights a week could also work really well.
