Large, recently refurbished, furnished double room to rent in a two bedroom flat in the Dyce area of Aberdeen. The flat is situated in a quiet, private part of Dyce within easy commuting distance of industrial estates and airport. There is a large supermarket nearby. Rail and bus links into the city centre are within easy walking distance. All bills, and the use of facilities are included in the rent. I am charging £400 per calendar month.

Monday to Friday or rotational preferred. Previously rented out to airline / heliport staff.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower complete with rainhead, which has proven popular with past tenants.

The river is very close by where you can go for walks. As is the old railway line where you can walk/cycle for miles.

I have also been told by past tenants that the flat is very good for shift work as it is very peaceful during the day. There is a black out blind fitted in the bedroom.
