The house has 2 bathrooms, a lounge with open fire, and a large kitchen/family room/dining room, which are all communally available. Free parking available at the front and back of the property. The property is in the West End of Aberdeen, on several major bus routes and approx. 20min walk from the centre of town and 15-20 min walk to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

A professional person would be preferred, but consideration can be made for mature students following interview.
