Double room to let

I have a lovely double room in my cottage to let, shared living room, Tv snug, shared kitchen, utility room. There is the main bathroom with can be sole use, as i have an en-suite, but i do use the bath occasionally.
My cottage is situated just outside Ellon, a small town, and easily walked to the center in 20mins. Aberdeen is 20mins away by car, so you would need transport. If you have a bike, i have storage for that. If you like the countryside, I have lovely views and a garden.
I am looking for a professional female, who respects other peoples property, and who is tidy. I have rented out to females in the past, and found the company nicer. My last female lodger was here for a couple of months until she found a place for her family.
I will consider short stays to help out ie; 2 weeks etc.
