We have two rooms available in our Georgian house
One for £650 and the other for £700 per month – utilities included
One is slightly larger and has its own bathroom.
Located on a farm just 10 minutes outside Arbroath, 10 minutes from Carnoustie and 25 minutes from Dundee.
There are currently two housemates, I'm there occasionally with friends and family dropping in from time to time. It’s a spacious place, surrounded by countryside, walking paths, and a lake.
We’re looking for someone who knows and enjoys living in the countryside.
If you’re interested, feel free to get in touch 👍
Cheers,
Elliot
