Private double room + utility room available in a quiet country-side cottage.
Plenty of storage space if needed. Bedroom is furnished with double bed, desk, 43" TV, armchair and plenty of storage units. Utility room could be used as a workshop, nursery room for a baby or just extra storage.

Ideal for an individual, couple, or single parent + child. Couple + small child may also work.

I am a WFH live-in landlord, and own an elderly cat. You *must* be cat friendly.
Small pets such as another cat or smaller animals are fine, but no dogs please.

Shared spaces include shower, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and infrared sauna, spacious back garden.

The kitchen is equipped with spacious cooker-oven, dishwasher, microwave, laundry machine and drier, two fridges. (You will have your own private fridge-freezer.)

All utilities are included in the price, including fast internet.

It is strongly recommended that you own a car, or at least a bike, to get around.

NB: you cannot commute by public transport from the property. You will need a car to commute into e. g. Dundee.

Commuting times (by car):
Brechin (supermarkets, pharmacy, other amenities): 5 minutes
Montrose (closest train station): 15 minutes
Forfar: 20 minutes
Dundee: 35 minutes
Aberdeen: 45 minutes

Including driving to Montrose, commuting by train into Edinburgh or Glasgow takes about 2hrs.
