The second double room is set up with a double bed as shown in the photos. There is a built in cupboard and plenty drawer, shelf and hanging space.

15 minute drive to Montrose and connections to Rail and Bus routes.
15 minute drive to Brechin.
25 minute cycle to Montrose and Brechin.
30 minute drive to Arbroath.
45 minute drive to Dundee.
55 minute drive to Aberdeen.
20 minutes to Laurencekirk.
35 minutes to Stonehaven.

My pets are 2 outside cats and 4 chickens (outside too).
