City Centre flat

I’m looking to fill my room in this beautiful flat. The room will be available the week 1st of June but can be flexible. There may be 2 rooms available if you come as a pair.

Renting out my single room in the flat, this room is furnished. The room consists of an IKEA day bed that pulls out into a double and has 2 storage drawers underneath, a clothes rail, a book shelf and a bedside cabnit. The flat is southfacing and gets lots of natural light with stunning views of the tay. Looking for a like minded individual that is chilled and respectful of boundaries when flatsharing, including tidying up after themselves and will clean throughly. No parties. No smoking within the flat but there is access to a communal back garden that is well kept and opportunity for gardening if your into that. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Dundee bus station and a 20 minute walk to the university. Look forward to hearing from you.
