Flat available for short-term let over the summer

BRIGHT FULLY FURNISHED FLAT AVAILABLE FOR THE SUMMER!

My partner and I are looking for a clean, non-smoker and reliable person or couple to rent our two-bedroom flat between the end of June and the end of September. As we will be away for most of the period, you will have the full flat for yourselves (except for our room).
Please note that the prices indicated apply only for the summer period; if you are interested in a longer stay (not available for couples) feel free to get in touch.

The flat is fully furnished, and the bedroom comes with a chest of drawers, two big built-in wardrobes, a desk and chair, thermal curtains and a memory foam mattress. Bed linen, duvet and towels are available if needed.
The bathroom has an electric shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with gas stove, washing machine and gas oven. There is a big and bright dining and sitting room facing southwest.
The flat is located in the Stobswell neighbourhood, roughly ten minutes from the bus station and fifteen minutes from the city centre by walking. It is ideal for students/workers commuting to St Andrews but is also very convenient for UoD and Abertay campuses. The area is quiet and provided with supermarkets (Lidl and Greens), medical centres and a pharmacy at less than 5 minutes.
Bills (55-75£ monthly, depending on usage), broadband (12£ monthly) and, if applicable, Council Tax (77£ monthly) are NOT included.
