Double room with fantastic views in West End

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this beautiful Victorian two bedroom flat situated in a conservation area of the West End of Dundee. I am friendly and enjoy company but I also value space and quiet for myself and others.

The flat is on the first floor of a three-floor walk-up, with two flats on each floor. The bedroom and the kitchen overlook Magdalen Green, the River Tay and the railway bridge.

Bedroom
A spacious room with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, large mirror, desk and built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

Kitchen
Spacious kitchen with curved glass corner window with lovely view - great place to sit and enjoy breakfast. There is also a dining table and five dining chairs. It comfortably seats six and can be extended to seat more. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, all kitchen crockery/cutlery, microwave oven.

Lounge
Overlooks attractive cityscape. Has sofas, central lighting and cosy lighting from lamps.

General
The flat has double glazing throughout (except for the curved glass window in the kitchen). There is gas central heating with a combi boiler (meaning that hot water is instant).

Broadband (WiFi) is included.

There is not a specific parking space linked to the flat but there is free parking on the street outside.
To the rear there is a drying green and Victorian Wash house that can be used to store a bike. Washing can be dried outside when the weather suits.
I have no pets but I have dog friends who sometimes visit (they are hypoallergenic).
The property is in council tax band D. Students don't normally pay council tax.
