The flat is very close to Ninewells Hospital and close to Dundee City and University of Dundee. There is Asda, Aldi and Tesco walking distance from the flat, making grocery shopping easier. There are small corner shops and takeaways close by. The area is safe. There isn't much noise outside and the neighbours are very friendly.
The flat is fully furnished with a new bathroom fitted, double glazing windows, washing machine, shower, electric cooker and oven. Along with free parking. A large wardrobe with plenty of space for storage and study desk, chair and side tables in the room.
The flat is currently occupied by a lovely nurse working at ninewells hospital.
