Room In Townhouse In Dundee

I have a townhouse with large lounge and wood burning stove. It has a separate dining/ kitchen complete with dishwasher and rear patio. It is with 2 brand new bathrooms and over 3 floors with front and back garden. There is wifi and access to cable tv. I have a cleaner who currently visits every fortnight. I am a mature Masters student at Abertay University and I also do voluntary work. It is a calm, clean and tidy environment and a great base in central Dundee. I am looking for similar people where the quality of living environment is important. There is a terrier who lives with me.
