We have a lovely fully furnished double room becoming available at our 9-bedroom 3 storey Townhouse situated in the heart of Dundee's West End Cultural Quarter just off the Perth Road, which is 30 seconds walk to the university of Dundee campus or short walk to the Abertay Campus or Hawkhill where there are buses every 8 minutes to and from St Andrews.

The rent for the room is £550 per month and all the bills are included so there are no additional costs.

Our houses have a quiet, friendly and relaxed atmosphere and we also have a cleaner that comes in every two weeks to help maintain the common areas and bathrooms.

There are three modern good-sized bathrooms a lounge area and a spacious well-equipped kitchen with lots of cupboard space. We supply all plates; cutlery pots and pans etc.
