We have a large fully furnished double room becoming available at our 9 bedroom 3 storey Townhouse situated in the heart of Dundee's West End Cultural Quarter just off the Perth Road, which is very close to the city centre and only 30 seconds walk to the university of Dundee campus.

The rent for the room is £590 per month and all your bills are included so there are no hidden costs.

Our houses have a quiet, friendly and relaxed atmosphere and we also have a cleaner that comes in every two weeks to clean the common areas and bathrooms.

There are two modern, good sized well equipped modern bathrooms (one on each floor) and a spacious well equipped kitchen/diner with lots of cupboard space . We also supply all plates, cutlery pots and pans etc.

There is also a large lounge, separate additional toilet on the ground floor, private front garden and shared rear drying area. There is also free on street parking.
