Hi there! I’ve got a double room available, and I’m looking for only one flatmate to share with.

About the Flat:
The flat is a penthouse of three bedrooms (though one’s a dining room now), and two bathrooms. The room you’d be renting is on the ground floor of the penthouse, and you’ll have your own bathroom just across the hall. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are shared, and there’s also a nice little balcony.

You’ll have access to all the essentials: fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, and washing machine.

About Me:
I’m a male professional who lives here, so you’d just be sharing with me. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful, and I’m looking for someone who’s the same.

Location:
The flat is located close to King’s Cross Hospital and only about a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Perfect if you like being close to everything but still in a quiet area.
