Double room in a townhouse

Following on from the graduation season, two of our rooms will become available from June.

We are offering a double bedroom in a beautiful Perth Road flat. The property itself benefits from plenty of natural light, views over the Tay, Victorian features, art, designer furniture, and high quality crookery, as well as 2 large bathrooms, a large living/dining area with separate kitchen and small “English Cottage Perennial” garden. I am a tenant, and a manager of the property, yet the private landlord is always a phone call away for queries and concerns if it can’t be dealt through me. The location has great walking accessibility to the university campus, shops and city center, as well as transport link, making it suitable for St Andrews students.

As mature students, our ideal candidate would also be a gay / bi / ally male mature student or young professional that is tidy, open and respectful. We look forward to sharing the space with someone that appreciates coming home to a clean (!!) and cozy space. That’s what this flat feels like every day.
