Double room £500pcm in lovely victorian house

Hello! My name is Sammy and I am looking to fill one really lovely, very large double bedroom in my house. It has beautiful period features, two large dormer windows with a view overlooking the Tay - this is a very special and rare find bedroom.

The house includes a nice wrap around decking around the house and outdoor area and a cosy fire place. Its a really charming, south facing house with excellent views of the river Tay. It also has tones of storage in the house and it includes a utility room, use of a dryer and dishwasher. The house is nicely decorated, furnished and clean.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and mattress and I can provide some basic units for storage.

Both housemates are young professional women looking for another woman, students will be considered also. One lives in full time and the other lives here part time so the house is very peaceful and quiet :).

I am leaving Dundee to study a Masters in Glasgow and much of my personal furniture will be left in the house which is of excellent quality and style. Its really important to me and the current tenants that whoever applies for this room understands that keeping the house clean and respecting my belongings is really important to us as it is a really nice house and leaving the house messy and dirty wouldnt be acceptable :).
