Hello! I have a cosy double bedroom available to rent in a modern, fully furnished three-bedroom flat near the City Quay area.

The room is ideal for a respectful and considerate tenant, preferably looking for a short-term stay. Students or professionals are both welcome. All bills are included in the rent – and if you're a student, there’ll be a reduction to reflect the council tax exemption.

The flat is well located – just a 10-minute walk from the bus station, city centre, and a range of shops, so getting around or picking up essentials is easy and convenient.

The room comes fully furnished, as does the rest of the flat – including the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room – so it may suit someone who’s travelling light or doesn’t have much furniture of their own. There’s plenty of storage space within the room, as well as some additional storage available elsewhere in the flat.

You’d be sharing with just one other person – me – a working professional and the owner of the property. I tend to keep to myself, but I’m around if you need anything.

There’s no en-suite, but you’ll have access to a separate bathroom that will largely be for your own use.

You’re of course welcome to use the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room at your leisure.

Guests are more than welcome too – I just ask for a bit of notice where possible, so we can keep things running smoothly; which I'll also give in return.

References from a previous landlord would be ideally provided.
