2 bed student flat for rent

The flat is a small cozy place located at the top of Hilltown in Dundee, it is a short 20-30 minute walk down to Abertay and Dundee university, with public transport options just outside the main door, perfect for students. I previously lived there whilst I was studying at Abertay but have now since graduated. I am open to having pets, as long as the other tenant is happy with that. The wifi is included however tenants would have to look at arranging their own electricity provider.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen however no shared living room, each tenant would have their own keys to their rooms for security and privacy.

Ideally I am looking for 2 students, I am open to negotiate pricing if there are 2 tenants that know each other willing to rent the entire property rather than a single room!
