One double bedroom available in 1st floor, two bed flat, in the Stobswell area of Dundee, with large shared garden

Very near two bus stops with frequent busses that only take 10ish minutes to get to the city centre

The price doesn’t include the internet, which is currently £16 per month each, or the electric, which fluctuates, but is currently around £65 a month. The overall cost is always under £500 total each.

Looking for someone that is kind, tidy and respectable. Ideally a person that isn’t in a party phase, as I enjoy having a quiet ish flat (of course we can hang out and chat, just keep in mind that the place has a very chill vibe)

I am a final year Community Education student, about to take a one year break before beginning my PhD next year and I’d prefer no young students, but will decide on a personal basis, so don’t be scared to reach out! :)
