Cozy room in a flat

We are a group of Dundee uni students looking for a new flatmate in Dundee. The house is HMO licensed. All rooms are furnished with a single mattress, cupboards and a desk and a bathroom and a WC will be shared with up to a total of 4 people. We have a shared living room and all essentials are included such as an oven, microwave, gas stove, two fridges, a washing machine and a dryer. Our house is gas-heated in colder months and the windows double-glazed. The house is a perfect location with a 5min walk away from the main campus and 1min from the bus stop. We are looking for someone who’s tidy and clean and welcome for any viewings :)
