Bright Double Room – Peaceful Home w/ River views

Bright double room available in a two-bedroom flat set over two levels. The bedrooms are upstairs, with an open-plan living/kitchen area and bathroom downstairs, giving a nice separation between living and sleeping spaces.
The room has good built-in storage and would suit someone looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to call home.
You’ll be sharing with a 29-year-old female professional. I work shifts, including nights, so I’m looking for someone who’s considerate of different schedules and enjoys a calm, respectful home environment.
I’m always happy for a chat over a cuppa, but I think it’s important that we both have our own routines, hobbies and social lives. This would suit someone who enjoys having their own space while living with someone friendly and easygoing.
The flat is kept clean, tidy and relaxed, so ideally you’d be similar. Home is very much a place to unwind after work—think cosy evenings, cooking, reading, watching a film or simply relaxing rather than a party house.
The flat is also home to two friendly indoor cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with (and hopefully enjoying!) feline company.
